eufy Omni C20 Robot Vacuum and Mop Combo for Hardwood and Carpet, 7,000 Pa
- 𝐀𝐥𝐥-𝐢𝐧-𝐎𝐧𝐞 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: 𝐀𝐮𝐭𝐨 𝐄𝐦𝐩𝐭𝐲, 𝐌𝐨𝐩 𝐖𝐚𝐬𝐡 & 𝐃𝐫𝐲: The Omni Station automatically empties dust into a large 3.1 L bag (up to 60 days*), washes and dries mop pads with room-temperature air (just 1.56W/hr)—you never touch a dustbin or mop pad. Transparent tanks show clean and dirty water levels at a glance, so you always know when to top up. *Based on a 3-person household without pets; intervals vary.
- 𝐕𝐚𝐜𝐮𝐮𝐦 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐌𝐨𝐩 𝐚𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐒𝐚𝐦𝐞 𝐓𝐢𝐦𝐞: The C20 robot vacuum and mop combo vacuums and mops simultaneously via the app for faster full-floor cleaning. Mop Master applies 6N of downward pressure at 180 RPM to scrub away dried stains on hardwood, tile, and laminate. When carpet is detected, the mop auto-lifts to keep it dry. For stubborn spots, Zone Cleaning lets you mop the same area twice. Note: For carpet pile over 20mm / 0.78 in., set No-Go Zones in the app.
- 𝟕,𝟎𝟎𝟎 𝐏𝐚 𝐃𝐞𝐞𝐩 𝐂𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐧 + 𝐍𝐨 𝐌𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐇𝐚𝐢𝐫 𝐓𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐥𝐞𝐬: Boost IQ automatically adjusts suction up to 7,000 Pa to lift embedded dirt, crumbs, and pet hair from carpets and hard floors. The Pro-Detangle Comb flips down mid-clean to loosen hair wrapped around the roller brush—less untangling, more consistent suction. Note: Actual performance varies by floor type and debris level.
- 𝐑𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐬 𝐔𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫 𝐋𝐨𝐰 𝐅𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞, 𝐑𝐮𝐧𝐬 𝟏𝟑𝟐 𝐌𝐢𝐧: At just 3.35 inches (85mm) tall, the C20 slides under sofas, beds, and cabinets with as little as 3.54" clearance. Runs up to 132 min on Standard mode—then auto-recharges and resumes until the entire floor is done. iPath Laser Navigation maps efficient routes and stores up to 3 floor maps for multi-floor homes.
- 𝐀𝐥𝐞𝐱𝐚, 𝐆𝐨𝐨𝐠𝐥𝐞 & 𝐀𝐩𝐩 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐥—𝐑𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐲 𝐢𝐧 𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐮𝐭𝐞𝐬: Set schedules, No-Go Zones, and room/zone cleaning modes in the eufy Clean app. Voice commands via Amazon Alexa or Google Assistant. Child Safety Lock prevents accidental starts. Note: Boundary strips are not included or compatible with this model.
- 𝐍𝐨𝐭𝐞: eufy robot vacuum C20 supports only 2.4GHz Wi-Fi. 5GHz Wi-Fi is not supported.
- 𝐍𝐨𝐭𝐞: Voltages 110V: As voltages vary across different countries and regions, we recommend purchasing the machine version specific to your location.

Quick Verdict
The eufy Omni C20 delivers genuinely solid self-emptying convenience in an ultra-slim 3.35-inch body that fits under furniture most robot vacuums can’t reach. It doesn’t match the suction power of pricier flagship models, and the mopping system is more basic than dedicated mop-and-vacuum combos, but for households wanting reliable automated cleaning at a mid-range price, it’s a genuinely solid choice.
